How early should I arrive?
For your first treatment with Absolute Bliss Massage you will be asked to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time, this is so that you can fill in the client questionnaire.  For following treatments please make sure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time so that we can make sure you get the full treatment time allocated to you.

What should I wear?
For the Sports Massage please make sure that you are wearing comfortable and practical underpants as the massage can include stretches and exercises.

What treatments can I have if I’m pregnant?
For the safety of your pregnancy I don’t offer any back or body treatments to women under the 3 month pregnancy stage.  However, you are able to have the face massage throughout your pregnancy.
After the 3 month stage I offer specially devised back and body pregnancy massages. You are also able to have the face and back combo massage.

Can I use my credit card to pay?
At Natureworks, due to their own policy, there will be a 5% service charge added to the price of your treatment, therefore here cash is the preferred option as you can give this directly to the therapist after your massage.  There is a HSBC cash machine at the top of Balderton Street.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Absolute Bliss Massage has a 24 hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel please make sure you do so before this time.  After this time you will be asked to pay the full amount for your treatment.
If you are late for your appointment your treatment will be shortened or, if necessary, cancelled.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes!  Natureworks supplies gift vouchers.  Just let the receptionist know it’s for Absolute Bliss Massage and which treatment you would like to buy.  Whoever receives the voucher can then make an appointment at a time suitable for them.

Can I bring my child for massage?
Yes you can but children under the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
